The Benedictine School in Ridgely was recently the beneficiary of an extraordinary gift from the staff at WBOC-TV 16, the Delmarva television station based in Salisbury.
The station’s video production crew spent four days at our Ridgely campus and in Talbot and Caroline counties filming the young people and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism served by Benedictine. They also captured the moving stories of family members, employers and community members who interact and support these individuals each and every day.
“Benedictine Miracles” also tells the story of the support and care given by more than 400 residents of the mid-shore region who are employed by Benedictine.
