Tall Ship Arrival Times For Downrigging Weekend

It’s about this time of year when the phone at the Sultana Education Foundation begins to ring off the hook with folks asking when they can see the Tall Ships and other historic craft sailing up the Chester River for Downrigging Weekend.  Predicting the precise travel plans of any sailing craft is a dubious proposition, but here is Sultana’s best guess on when you can expect the Downrigging fleet to arrive.

  • Our Saturday, November 1, 2:00pm Public Sails are Sold Out.   We still have room for sails Saturday at 10:00am and Sunday at 11:00am.
  • Only 4 tickets remain to sail on PRIDE OF BALTIMORE II during the festival (all are Saturday at 10am).
  • Only 6 tickets remain to sail on ELSWORTH during the festival.
