Letter to Editor: A Public Thank You

While at Play It Again Sam on Cross Street this afternoon, apparently a “18 wheeler” so I was told, hit the left front side of my car which was parked on the south corner of Cannon and Cross Streets.

Thanks to the good people at Cross Street Real Estate, who saw the “hit,” the Chestertown Police were notified, and so when I returned to my vehicle the Officers provided me with all the information needed to take my claim to the insurance company.

I have long thought that the streets of Chestertown are two narrow for such large trucks, and I am confirmed more so as of today. However, the reason for the Letter To The Editor is to thank the good people of Chestertown who were there to assist me.
