Robert Fox of Kingstown, the lead signature gatherer against the “Big Box” law in QAC, thinks voters will reject a law to increase the size of retail development to “unlimited.”
The battle has waged since April of 2011 — when a text amendment was approved to allow for a large retail development near Kingstown — striking down the 65,000 square-foot cap established by the previous group of QAC Commissioners.
