Chestertown Police Chief Adrian Baker has been at the helm of CPD for just over two years now. In this video interview he was asked to consider issues that surprised him the most about small community law enforcement and to offer an overview of how the department has been working with the community.
Among other things, he reflects on staffing issues, the search for a new police station, the consequences of a county lacking funding for mental health facilities and programs, and the pride he has in his staff.
