The Garfield Center for the Arts played host to the Playmakers’ After-School Workshop for the past month. Twice a week, Playmakers have played theatre games, explored scripts and rehearsed short scenes under the direction of Tess Hogans. Friday, April 4 Playmakers will showcase entertaining short plays on Kohl Lobby stage. Performances include scenes from plays by Christopher Durang, Edward Albee, David Ives and Sarah Ruhl. The 30 minute showcase will have two showings beginning at 5:15pm and 6pm. Admission is FREE – all ages are welcome!
