With weather teetering somewhere between Polar Apocalypse and the first note in the overture to South Pacific, people begging for any morsel of late winter delight flocked Chestertown’s First Fridays and were not disappointed. Many showed up to congratulate Alex Castro at the Sandbox’s grand opening on Cross Street (the old Sultana office).
