Organist Thomas Sheehan returns for the third time to Chestertown to play Emmanuel’s world class Harrison and Harrison organ in Emmanuel’s twenty-first concert series. His last appearance here in 2011 had rave reviews.  The performance is set for Friday, 14 March, at 7:30 p.m.

Mr. Sheehan received a Master of Music degree in Organ Performance with distinction from Westminster Choir College in 2011, and graduated summa cum laude from Westminster with a Bachelor of Music degree in Organ Performance in 2012. He continues to study with Alan Morrison at Philadelphia’s Curtis Institute. He also serves as Assistant Organist and Choirmaster at St. Mark’s Church in Philadelphia. He was featured as “rising star” performer at the 2010 National Convention of American Guild of Organists in Washington D.C.

Tickets are $20 each ( $5 for students). Emmanuel is making a special offer for this concert. Bring a printout of this Spy notice, you pay $20 and a friend comes free.

A free wine and hors d’oeuvre reception will follow the concert.
