The brief but dramatic snow-dump is a memory lost to slush and pools of street water….and what is that blinding orb firing up a blue sky? That one syllable word escapes me. A quick tour through the south end of the village (ok we’re not Hobbits)‚—town— found many of us hoping for friendlier weather (can you say Spring?), and fewer Apocalyptic storm drills.

Larry Houck at Houck’s Menswear is so optimistic about the weather he’s already talking about Spring proms! He’ll be offering great formal wear for those special events. And is 50% sale continues through March 15.

What a super tour of downtown Chestertown. The pictures are great, the cutlines nicely done, and for the naysayers who think we’re in trouble here, they are a great ad for some of what Chestertown has that not everyone has checked out.
