Chestertown RiverArts proudly presents their Children’s Art Show once again, featuring elementary student art work from 8 local schools . The art work will be hung on a clothesline throughout the main gallery.
There is a reception scheduled for the young artists on Sunday afternoon, January 26, from 1 to 3 PM. Please come and celebrate the work of these young artists.
While you visit, you can view art created by high school youth and their instructors in the Studio Gallery. Two art centers from the new KidSpot Program will also be available during the reception. KidSpot is RiverArts’ new kid-centered creativity center that will open this winter in the space adjacent to RiverArts.
RiverArts is located at 315 High Street, Suite 106, in Chestertown. Gallery and gift shop hours are Tuesday-Friday 11:00-4:00 and Saturday 10:00-4:00. For more information on other events going on at RiverArts go to www.chestertownriverarts.org.
