What exactly is it, and why did 3,000 global CEOs identify creativity as the most crucial attribute they seek? Four brave expedition leaders have volunteered to guide a quest to decipher the elusive phenomenon of creativity. Each guide will follow a different route, drawing on personal experiences and the exploits of earlier creativity seekers. Fellow trekkers are encouraged to question the guides, examine the evidence and draw their own conclusions.

Future expedition leaders include Ron Fithian, February 12; Diane Landskroener, March 12; and Tom McHugh, April 16.
