Cerino Wins Absentee Ballots Too

The vote count for Chestertown mayor and Wards 1 and 3 council seats is final with the absentee ballots in. The results will be certified at the next council meeting on Nov. 18.

Planning Commissioner Chris Cerino picked up another 70 votes to earn him 604 total, approximately 44 percent of the 1384 ballots cast.
