On Sunday, May 13, 10:00 AM, the Rev. Dr. David Newell will deliver a talk entitled “Thinking with the Heart” to the Unitarian Universalists of the Chester River, 9145 Gateway Dr., Chestertown, located in the Crestview subdivision. Is there a difference between thinking with the head and thinking with the heart? Are men and women different in the approach they take to moral issues? If so, is this difference genetic (nature) or a matter of socialization (nurture)? What, if anything, might this have to do with Mother’s Day?
The choir of the UU Fellowship of Easton will join the UUCR choir for two numbers. Visiting musician Rebekah Hardy will also perform.
Religious education for youngsters as well as child care for infants and toddlers will be available. Please call 410-778-3440 for more information.
