Chestertown’s rails trails project is making significant progress said Town Manager Bill Ingersoll at Monday’s council meeting.
He said the project was on schedule.
The downtown WiFi project is also moving forward and will provide public Internet access to Fountain Park and other parts of downtown.
The Kent Center has applied for a mass transit grant from the Maryland Transit Authority, and will require only a letter of support from the mayor and council members. There will be no fiscal impact to the town.
