Dr. Graham is a professor of public policy at the University of Maryland and a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. Her recent book, “Happiness around the World : The Paradox of Happy Peasants and Miserable Millionaires” (Oxford, 2010), has been reviewed and discussed in the New Yorker, Science magazine and on NPR.
