STEVENSVILLE, MD –Chesapeake Charities will host “A Celebration of Charity”on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville. The event will honor Governor Larry Hogan for his courage and leadership in the face of adversity and recognize outstanding contributions in the field of philanthropy.
The Event Committee, led by Audrey Scott, includes Kathy Deoudes, Jodie Gray, Sonia Mangum, Patrick Ricker, Dick Sossi, Mark Stemen and Paula Warner.“We are deeply grateful to our Event Sponsor, University of Maryland/Shore Regional Health for their enthusiastic support,” said Scott. In addition,Platinum and Gold sponsors include WHBG Certified Public Accountants, Ride Entertainment, Jiffy Lube and Tri Gas & Oil. Sponsorship opportunities are still available and tickets to the event will go on sale in September.
