On Sunday, February 21, at 3 pm Kent Chamber Music welcomes back Trio Simpatico. The trio of piano, horn and clarinet performs eclectic chamber music with an orchestral bent. It features Matthew Bachman on piano, Heidi Brown on horn and Phyllis Crossen-Richardson on clarinet.

The ensemble was launched in 2009 and delights audiences with repertoire composed and arranged for their ensemble, including standard literature, virtuosic showpieces and lesser know gems. On the 21st, the trio will be performing their arrangements of delightful chamber music, including Brahms’ Hungarian Dance No 5, arranged by Stephen Hough and Trio in B flat, Op 274 by Carl Reinecke.

The concert will be held in Hotchkiss Hall, Gibson Center for the Arts at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, on Sunday, February 21, at 3 pm. Tickets are $15 at the door. After the concert, light refreshments will be served as the audience mingles with the performers.

For more information about the concert, visit our website at www.kentchambermusic.com or call 410-810-1834. This concert series is brought to you in part by the generous financial support of the Kent County Arts Council and the Hedgelawn Foundation.

The January 24 concert, which was canceled due to the snow, has been rescheduled for Sunday, May 8, at 3 pm. Your January 24 tickets will be honored at this concert.
