4 STRINGS 4 HIM is a local Gospel Ukulele group.  Its Founder and Director is Pastor David Ryan who is the head of the United Methodist Circuit which is made up of Christ UM Church and First UM Church. Both of which are on High Street in Chestertown.  4 STRINGS 4 HIM practices weekly at First Church and performs regularly across Kent County.  The group is made up of between 10 and 14 men and women who are interdenominational in make-up.  The majority are local to the county, but a few come from as far as Smyrna and other Delaware places.  Having been in existence  just a little more than a year, 4 STRINGS 4 HIM has brought its ministry of faith to many varied places.  Among these are: Un. of MD Shore Nursing and Rehab Center; Kent County Adult Day Care; Camp Pecometh Open House; Salem UMC Sing-a-Long, Fairlee;  Sacred Music Concert, Chestertown;  Community Lenten Service, Chestertown;  Heron Point Vespers Service, Chestertown; Open Mike, Garfield Center, Chestertown; Autumn Lake Nursing and  Rehab Center;  Golden Rule Assisted Living, Rock Hall;  Town of Chestertown Christmas Parade;  Massey Fallfest at  St. Clemen’s Episcopal Church; Hymn Sing at Kennedyville UM Church;  Homecoming at Crumpton UM Church; Community Thanksgiving Service. Emmanuel Episcopal Church.

4 STRINGS 4 HIM will perform a “Ukulele Christmas,” on December 4 at 3:00 p.m, at First United Methodist Church, Chestertown, Maryland. Love offering to benefit The Community Table.

For further information, please contact Pastor David Ryan, 410 739 – 7018.
