Kent County Public Library’s “On Your Mark, Get Set…READ!” summer reading program is off to a grand start! The summer reading game runs until August 12th (there’s still plenty of time to sign up to play) and a wide variety of children’s programs are taking place in July.

We’re headed to the Chester river for a very special fishing experience! All equipment and bait will be provided. Presented in partnership with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. Children must be at least 8 years of age, must have a parent or guardian present, and must sign a waiver to participate in this event.
