Chestertown had its own Climate March on Sunday at Fountain Square. There was a solid turnout of all ages on a rainy cold Sunday after Thanksgiving to help raise awareness of positive global climate change as world leaders gather in Paris for talks aimed at reducing this serious threat to the planet.
There were also representatives from six area churches and marchers from New York, Texas, and Mississippi.
The Spy is able to share a few photos of the event.
