Breast Cancer Support Programs – Transition to Wellness: Free workshops for breast cancer survivors and patients who are ending treatment. Survivors Offering Support (SOS): Free program pairing women who have breast cancer with mentors who are breast cancer survivors. Contact: 410-822-1000, ext. 5866.

Keep Calm and Shop On – Food shopping guided tours for diabetes patients and their family members led by certified diabetes educators. Diabetic Neuropathy: What You Need to Know – Mon, 11/16, 5:30pm, Talbot Senior Center, Easton. Open meeting of the Easton Diabetes Support Group featuring presentation by Terry Detrich, MD. Contact: 410-822-1000, ext. 5195.

Diabetes and Endocrinology Open House – Fri, 11/20, 1-4pm, UM SMC at Easton Freeman Outpatient Center. Talk one-on-one with diabetes educators and diabetic product vendors; learn from presentations on diabetes control, insulin pumps, carbs, exercise and pre-diabetes. Diabetes patients, family members and caregivers welcome.
