Chestertown—Chesapeake Wine Country is growing and Chestertown is right at the heart of it with now 4 wineries minutes away! This year’s Chestertown Tea Party Festival will present for the first time the Chesapeake Wine Trail Tent located behind the Washington College Custom House, right next to the Chester River. On Saturday, May 24th, five of the Trail Wineries,Dove Valley Winery, Crow Farm and Vineyard, Salisa Winery and Vineyards, Clovelly Vineyards and Cassinelli  Winery and Vineyards will be offering their wines. On Sunday May 25th, the festival is offering a wine tasting event. For $10, patrons will receive a commemorative glass and they may taste 2 samples from each winery. On both days, Chapel’s Country Creamery will be offering cheese plates to accompany the wines.
