On Sunday, Nov 3, 10 AM, Dr. David Newell will deliver a sermon entitled, “The Way We Pray.” to the Unitarian Universalists of the Chester River, 914 Gateway Dr., in the Crestview neighborhood of Chestertown. Dr. Newell explains, “Many people pray, but some do not. People who pray do so in many different ways and for many different reasons. But what about those who struggle to believe in anything beyond our mundane, everyday experience? Can they also experience the benefits of prayer? Are there ways to pray that do not require a traditional approach to faith? If so, what are they?”
This week the Elementary school group will be continuing our Tapestry of Faith curriculum “Creating Home,” led by Waverly Ford. Our middle school group also meets this week with a discussion led by Linda Dutton on animal welfare. As always, we will have care provided for the toddler room, so please stop on by for another amazing week with our kids!

Join us for this important discussion this inspiring and uplifting topic. All are welcome. Please call 410-778-3440 for more information.
