Rock Hall Dedicates 3rd Solar Field in Kent County November 16

The City of Rock Hall will dedicate the 3rd solar array in Kent County on November 16 at 11 am at City Hall. A Photo and ribbon cutting at solar site will take place near the baseball fields at 6015 Main Street.
