The Upper Shore Regional Council (USRC), an economic development and planning agency for Cecil, Kent, and Queen Anne’s Counties, is partnering with the GIS Department at Washington College to update its Harvest Directory brochure and online mapping tools.
On Wednesday, September 19, 2012, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., the Council and the GIS Department are inviting agriculture-based businesses to come learn more about the free marketing assistance afforded by this project and to offer feedback about how these tools can best assist them with selling and marketing their products.
The meeting will be held on Washington College’s campus in Chestertown, MD, in room Goldstein 100.
We invite all who own or have an interest in an agriculture-based business to attend the meeting. Light fare will be served. Please contact Doris Mason or Jessica Brennan with questions or for more information at (443) 282-5607.
