Art Hock, candidate for 36th District Delegate was interviewed WCTR’s Keith Thompson and the Spy’s Dave Wheelan last week as part of the Election Profile 2010 project. Mr. Hock, a native of Crumpton, attended Queen Anne’s County Public Schools, Chesapeake College, and later served in the United States Navy before settling in Kent County thirty years ago. Currently running a property management business, Mr. Hock has also led an active civic life, serving on several local and state boards, including Kent and Queen Anne’s Hospital board, Chestertown Planning and Zoning Board, and Maryland’s Judicial Nominations Commission. In this interview he spells out his fiscally conservative views, and how he would represent the upper Eastern Shore if elected to Maryland’s House of Delegates.
