Queen Anne’s County Police report a marital fight over a husband’s drinking that escalated into stabbing and helicopter trips to University of Maryland Shock Trauma. Deputies arrived at 105 Fairview Drive, Chester Harbor at 7:30 p.m. yesterday and found the wife, who had suffered multiple stab wounds, barricaded in a spare bedroom/computer room, and the suspect/husband on the floor with two stab wounds to the chest, which deputies suspect were self-inflicted. Both were flown to Shock Trauma. Deputies stayed with the suspect to retain custody. The suspect was later incarcerated without bail in the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center.
