St. Paul’s Parish, Kent is proud to announce the arrival of the Reverend Frank S. St. Amour III. Fr. Frank arrived in early September after a three-year term as priest-in-charge of two churches: Trinity in Swedesboro, N.J. and St. Stephen’s in Mullica Hill, N.J.
A Philadelphia native, he received his B.A. from St. John’s College in Annapolis and was ordained in Wales where he received his Bachelors in Divinity. He is an experienced priest with focus in pastoral work, spiritual growth, and small parish development in both rural and urban settings. His Preaching and Worship presents the Gospel clearly, effectively, and with a smile.
He met his wife Sue in Wales and she became a U.S. Citizen in 2000. Together they have visited 45 states.
An Active Rotarian, Fr. Frank looks forward to involvement in various community projects after his induction into the local Rotary Club on October 11th.
Since the era of pre-colonial settlement, St. Paul’s, Kent has been involved in the Kent County community. Moreover, St. Paul’s, Kent, located between Rock Hall and Chestertown looks forward to celebrating its Three Hundred and Twenty-Fifth Anniversary with festivities to begin in January 2018.
