While politicians and activists have been remarkably successful in getting attention in their efforts to maintain a full-service hospital in Chestertown, nothing impresses lawmakers more than seeing citizens come to the state capital to make their voices heard.
And that is exactly what happened this week when dozens of Kent County residents presented their petition to the Annapolis leaders. A Spy was there to capture some of these images.
