Good evening, friends, neighbors, and residents of Rock Hall.
Thank you for being here and for giving me the opportunity to present this year’s State of the Municipality Address.
This address is more than a list of projects or a financial report. It is an opportunity to take an honest look at where we are, recognize what we have accomplished together, acknowledge the challenges we have faced, and discuss where Rock Hall is headed next.
Let me say this clearly at the beginning: the State of the Municipality is strong, and Rock Hall’s future is bright.
