Yes. Everyone should continue to wear a mask while inside a public place. Use your own discretion when outside.

  2. James Holmes says

Everyone, young and old, should wear a mask indoors in the presence of persons who do not
regularly share their residence space. When outdoors everyone should wear a mask in the presence
of others whenever social distancing requirements cannot be met.

I fully agree that we should wear masks when inside a public place or whenever we are likely to be within 6 feet of someone, regardless of whether we are inside or out. Masks will not guarantee protection but they are an easy way to improve the odds against needlessly infecting someone and the life you save might be your own.

I’m very pleased to see people wearing masks in Chestertown. It’s not so hard to do and if it helps to reduce the spread of the virus, kudos to the people and visitors to Chestertown for wearing face masks or coverings. Apparently the warm weather has not slowed the spread of this virus, so let’s do all we can with masks and social distancing.

We just learned our daughter tested positive. Fortunately, she’s fine. The only reason she thought she might have it is she lost her sense of smell. She showed no other symptoms. She’s a perfect example of why we should all be wearing masks. You could have the disease and not know it. Just because you feel fine, doesn’t mean you’re not contagious. Thank you all for wearing masks.

  6. Sue Drumheller says

Wear a mask as directed by the CDC.
This doesn’t mean wear it on your chin or lowering it
to talk or wearing it below your nose or even hanging it from one ear.
Keep your social distance and for heavens sake, WEAR YOUR MASK !

Why factories like Dixon are getting away with running their factory without a mask wearing mandate when we know factories are a hotbed for COVID-19 spreading is beyond me. It is not just reckless on their part it is criminal! Dixon should be fined at the very least, or shut down until they follow safe manufacturing protocol, mask wearing to protect their employees.
