On Sunday, November 20, at 10 a.m., Rev. Dr. Richard Speck will give a sermon entitled “Come, Ye Thankful People, Come” for the Unitarian Universalists of the Chester River, 914 Gateway Dr., Chestertown. What are you thankful for? For good health, adequate income to meet the bills, having the Cubs win the World Series? As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday we will seek to understand why we should be thankful and how we can share that gratitude with others. We will sing several hymns of thanksgiving as part of the service. Come, ye thankful people, come.
Childcare for infants and toddlers will be available during the service.
