Kent Massive continues its quest to bring together diverse artists and audiences in a small town on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. This year’s lineup includes everything from hip-hop to heavy metal, post-punk to neo-soul.
In addition to a vast array of local Kent County talent, the main stage will welcome Akoko, an avant-garde hip-hop duo from Washington DC who have recently been covered in The Source and performed at the NXNE festival in Toronto. The theater lobby will also host the work of several visual artists and photographers from the area.
The 4th annual Kent Massive Festival will take place Saturday August 30, 2014 from 3pm – 10pm at the Garfield Center for the Arts at 210 High Street in Chestertown.
Artists include: Akoko, Dogs & Day Drinkers, The KCMD Cypher (curated by Kotic Couture), Vitamin K, Gnar Dogs, Gypsy Nightmare, Wolfjacket, Lie For Fun, and more!
