On Sun, June 8, 10 AM, Ms. Kim Agee will lead a discussion entitled “What Makes a Family” to the Unitarian Universalists of the Chester River, 914 Gateway Dr., Chestertown.
Jean Illsley Clarke, author of Self-Esteem: A Family Affair, says, “What families have in common the world around is that they are the place where people learn who they are and how to be that way.” Questions to be asked are: How do we describe our families? How are families different today from in the past? How are they the same? How did our families help to form who we are today? All are welcome to join in this timely discussion.
Religious education for youngsters and childcare will resume on September 7. Please call for more information at 410-778-3440 or email [email protected].
