Series 1~
Eating Smart, Being Active:
Learn how to save money and still feed your family healthy meals. This series offers research-based information about nutrition, food safety, and spending your food dollars wisely.
Series 2~
Healthy Cents:
Provides you with opportunities to acquire new information and develop practical skills designed to help in the following areas: increase the nutritional value of meals at low or no extra cost, keep costs low when eating on-the-go, learn how to start a container garden for vegetables and herbs, establish and develop a food spending plan designed to save time and money when grocery shopping, and create weekly meal plans.
Series 3~
Food Safety Training:
Learn basic home food safety techniques, food safety in an emergency, and food safety on the move (such as picnic or packing lunches).
