As the polls open in less than 24 hours in Chestertown, two issues on the minds of many voters is the Town council’s relationship with the business community — and how citizens and the business community will be impacted by development of the waterfront.
A committee of representatives from Washington College, the Town Council, along with local volunteers with expertise in community development, are considering options that remain under wraps until after the election.
