Opening at RiverArts on First Friday, July 5, 5:00-8:00pm is “I Paint July.” Curators Anne Vansant and Cindy Stafford have invited all artists to submit works that reflect the beauties of July through a variety of expressions and through any medium. Whether July represents the beauty of nature, the heat of summer, the opportunity for travel, or the gift of freedom from schedules, we will celebrate this month.
This show will be in both galleries at RiverArts 315 High Street, Suite 106 (just down “Arts Alley” from Dunkin’ Donuts). The show will run through July 27. Gallery and gift shop hours are Wednesday – Friday 11:00-4:00; First Fridays 11:00-8:00; Saturday 9:30-4:00 and Sunday noon – 3:00.
