On Sunday, April 7, 10:00 AM, Rev. Dr. David Newell will deliver a sermon entitled “When Right Makes Might” to the Unitarian Universalists of the Chester River, 914 Gateway Dr., Chestertown, located in the Crestview subdivision. Throughout history there have been individuals who have had the requisite courage to stand up for their convictions. In many cases these individuals stood alone. Often they were considered to be insane. Most of them were willing to risk everything, including they lives, for what they believed Reflecting on some of these”heroes” could very well bring out the moral hero in each of us. Ibsen’s brilliant play “An Enemy of the People” will provide the basis for this reflection (though it is not required reading).
