Drug Related Arrest on Park Row

The Kent County Sheriff’s Office arrested Randy Harold Horney (age 48) at his residence at 312 Park Row for possession of crack cocaine and marijuana with an intent to distribute. The KCSO executed a District Court Search and Seizure Warrant for CDS violations. A search of the accused found several bags of marijuana that appeared to be packaged for distribution. Officers also found several rocks of suspected crack cocaine as well as other drug paraphernalia. Mr. Horney is being held on a $50,00o bond.
