The victim in the incident: a 14-year-old girl from Pennsylvania.
According to the Kent County Sheriff’s Office, a church youth group from Devon, Pa., was staying at Camp Tochwogh on Sept. 7, when the teenage girl found a hidden video camera above her sleeping quarters.
The video camera was still recording when it was found.
The sheriff’s report states that a three-month investigation revealed that Russo, a chaperone with the group, was the person responsible for hiding the camera and recording the girl.
