Cannon Street Artists are holding a Holiday Open House this Saturday, December 10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 312 and 320 Cannon St., Chestertown, Md.
The Holiday Open House will feature photographs and vintage vignettes by Linda Roy Walls, paintings and pottery by Marjorie Morani, jewelry, pottery and whimsy by Joan Strand, ceramics by Marilee Schumann, painted floor cloths and mixed media by Faith Wilson and paintings by Melinda Carl.
The studios and galleries at 312 and 320 Cannon Street are located in Chestertown’s Arts and Entertainment District, designated by the State of Maryland last year.
Visitors are invited to meet photographer Linda Roy Walls’ at 320 Cannon where her photographs and vintage vignettes will be shown; enjoy the painted floor cloths and mixed media work of Faith Wilson and ceramics of Marilee Schumann at their Tree of Life Gallery next door at 312 Cannon; and visit with the newest artist at Cannon Street Studios, Joan Strand, and see her jewelry, pottery and whimsy, along with Marjorie Morani’s paintings and pottery, and Melinda Carl’s paintings, all in their working studios at 312 Cannon Street, in the barn, located at the rear of the path beside Chestertown’s parking lot on Cannon.
