A very special vigil took place in Easton yesterday evening. At the invitation of the local NAACP chapter, and hosted by the Union Baptist Church, the Mid-Shore community came together for a moving tribute to the seven lives needlessly taken through acts of violence over the last week.
Led by Rev. Sue Browning, minister at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship and current chair of TACL, the program brought together clergy of many faiths to honor the dead and open the door for national and local healing.
