The Kent County Public Library, in partnership with the University of Maryland Extension, will be offering a series of basic financial literacy workshops over the next few months. These workshops will cover four topics: credit reports; ID theft and privacy protection; basic budgeting; and basic saving and investing. All four topics will be offered at our Chestertown location and selected topics will be offered at the branches in Rock Hall and Galena. There is no cost to attend and participants can choose to register for individual topics or complete the whole series.
