The new circulation desk has arrived at the Kent County Public Library and it will wow you!
After weeks of curiosity and excited anticipation, the new desk was delivered and installed on November 2nd.
Please stop by and see it in person. While you’re there, check out a book, participate in a program, or learn about the many other resources and services Kent County Public Library makes available to the community.
Over the next few weeks, changes will continue at the Chestertown branch as the public restrooms are renovated. In addition, the redesigned browsing area will be enhanced with display shelving featuring new materials and updated furnishings. These ongoing renovations are made possible thanks to a Maryland state capital grant with matching funds from Kent County and additional support from the Friends of Kent County Public Library and the Foundation for the Kent County Public Library, Inc.
