In support of excellence in early childhood education, Kent County Public Library is pleased to offer a special 3-hour workshop for early childhood educators entitled “Rediscovering and Exploring Science Through the Arts” presented by Wolf Trap Master Teaching Artist Jeanne Wall. CEUs are available for those who participate. Registration is required.
Harry Potter Read-a-Thon & Fan Extravaganza

Fans of all ages can prepare for the Chestertown Harry Potter Festival by coming to the Harry Potter Read-a-Thon & Fan Extravaganza!
Come prepared to read your favorite passage from any Harry Potter book or other Harry Potter related reading material, including fan fiction. Additionally, the library will welcome any fan art to be displayed and shared at the event. All fan fiction and art must be appropriate for all ages. Those interested in reading should register in advance. All reading selections need to be kept under three minutes.
