She was flitting about, darting this way and that when they tried catching her on the farm where she was found. Even though she was feeling unwell, Tink was still sprightly and nimble. Like most fairies, she was impossible to nab. The farmers resorted to trapping her and brought Tink into the shelter.
Tink wriggled out of the paper bag she was transported in and poked her head around, realizing she was at The Humane Society. Immediately she settled, knowing she had landed in a good place. A kindhearted staff member appeared, and Tink allowed the woman to nurse her. After all, she was really sick. Tink had an upper respiratory infection, and she had never felt so awful in her whole three-month-old life.
The kindhearted woman decided to foster her and brought her home. Oh, what a big adventure the woman’s house was! Tink had never seen other cats and kittens like her. There were dogs and turkeys too! Tink loved them all. With a little time and magic, Tink made a full recovery. She felt like herself again, uncontrollably chasing the other cats’ tails and marveling at the turkeys’ wings until falling into a dreamy sleep on her foster mom’s lap each night.
Tink’s most favorite spot in the whole, wide world is atop someone’s shoulders. Tink loves being aloft–the higher the better. Her adorable, crossed eyes can see so much more when she’s way up high, and the extra height makes it easier for her to leave a trail of pixie dust wherever she goes.
Each night, Tink dreams of a forever home that will enjoy her great sense of adventure and magical personality. Are you already hooked on Tink?
