August 8th marks the date of the 4th Annual Vineyard Walk at Crow Vineyard & Winery. Come join Vineyard Manager Brandon Hoy and Winemaker Catrina North as they showcase the vines prior to harvest season. Take a carriage ride through the beautiful vineyard during its peak season, tour the winery, taste Crow’s award winning wines and be entertained by strolling musician Tim Carroll. Have your photo taken while doing all of the above by Purple Horse Designs and Photography.
Each year Roy and Judy Crow, owners of Crow Vineyard & Winery, choose a beneficiary with a portion of the proceeds from the event going to them. This year’s non-profit recipient is the Bridges at Worthmore. Located in Kent County, Maryland, they are committed to using horses to foster personal growth and learning. Their programs include therapeutic riding, equine assisted psychotherapy and learning as well as hippotherapy services.
Tickets are $30 and include a glass of wine and appetizers. For more information or to register go to crowvineyard.com/wine-events or call 302-304-0551. For more information on Bridges at Worthmore go to www.bridgesatworthmore.org.
